Follow the steps below to prepare your package for shipment:

• Complete an online shipping form for each destination you are shipping to. If you are shipping multiple packages to the same destination, you need only fill out the form once and specify the number of packages. If you are shipping packages to the same destination using different shippers or shipping service levels, then you will need to complete a form for each package.
• To ensure that your package is shipped the same day, complete the online shipping form and place small packages with your outgoing mail before the regular pickup time of your department's mail. If you need to request a Special Pickup due to the size of the shipment or yo have missed the regular mail pickup, be sure to complete the online Order Special Pickup form before 1:00 pm.
