Where practical, intra-campus mail for UC Berkeley campus destinations should always be distributed in a yellow campus mail envelope. These envelopes offer Mail Services the highest level of processing efficiency, and we strongly encourage their use. We reward their use by giving them top priority in the delivery process. 100% are delivered the next business day after pickup.

10” x 13” campus mail envelopes, packaged in bundles of 50, are available for purchase for $24.00 per bundle or $96 for a box of 200. To place an order, please send an email to mail [at] berkeley [dot] edu with the following information:

1. Your name
2. The chartstring/speedtype account to charge
3. The order quantity (number of bundles or boxes)
4. Your shipping address (be sure to include your mailcode)

Occasionally Mail Services receives excess recycled campus mail envelopes back from departments that order more envelopes than they use. If supplies are available, departments may request these envelopes free of charge. From time to time, we do run out so if you have any extra campus mail envelopes sitting around gathering dust, please send them to Mail Services, and we will give them to departments requesting them.
