Pickup and Delivery Times

FASTMAIL pouches arrive in the receiving departments the day you send them, but these departments must then route the enclosed material to the designated individual. Since that internal routing will not always take place on the same day, please allow for this in your delivery schedule.

The following reflects typical mailroom-to-mailroom delivery times:

Pouches picked up from your department with your morning pickup	By 2:00 p.m. to the mailroom of the receiving department
Pouches picked up from your department with your afternoon pickup	By 4:00 p.m. to the mailroom of the receiving department EXCEPTION: The Procurement and Business Contracts pouches are delivered the following day before 2:00 p.m..
Pouches deposited in one of Mail Services' seven on-campus drop boxes by 3:00 p.m.	By 4:00 p.m. to the mailroom of the recipient department EXCEPTION: The Procurement and Business Contracts pouches are delivered the following day before 2:00 p.m..
