Mail Services Curtailment - Fridays, July 24 through August 14

On Friday, July 24, Mail Services will begin a campus-wide Friday Curtailment program. Services will not be available July 24th, July 31st, August 7th and August 14th.

Mail Services is open for business from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Certain operations are conducted prior to 7:30 a.m. no staff member is available to answer the phone or receive visitors.

Pickups and Deliveries

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO SECURITY MEASURES RECENTLY IMPLEMENTED AT OUR LOCATION, YOU MUST CALL FIRST (3-MAIL) TO ARRANGE ACCESS.

Drive down Carleton St. and take a left on Milvia. Take another left on Derby Street and approach the gate. Call 643-6245 to let us know you have arrived and we can let you in. Proceed to the loading dock. Load your mail on a cart and roll cart on to the elevator. Go up the stairs through the door marked "Mail Services." Vehicles may park at the dock only while making pickups and deliveries.

Visitors

Enter through the building's main entrance at 2000 Carleton St. Go up the stairs past the reception desk and proceed straight down the hall to Room 255. Upon entering Mail Services, please ring the bell for service.

Handicapped Access

There is a handicapped entrance on the east dock near the entrance to the central yard on Carleton St.

Parking

There are a limited number of Central Campus Permit parking spaces on the Carlton St. side of the building. Some street parking is available, but please allow time to search for a space.  Be aware of No Parking times posted for street cleaning.
